This circle is a training activity to help teachers 1) experience a circle and 2) process their feelings about running circles in their classroom and school. It is particularly useful to allow a time to express concerns and worries, as well as to acknowledge the benefits of circles.  Our goal as school leaders is to help teachers and staff feel that a fair process was followed and that they can have input, even if they cannot opt out of running circles, at least gain a better understanding of WHY your school values circles and express how they are impacted by it.
