This Classroom Circle: Positive Learning Environment is particularly useful early in the year for everyone to explore how we want to act and interact together in the class.  It is better not to wait for things to go wrong before running this circle, but if so, it’s never too late to give it a try.  Kids will say what they need to say as long as you provide a safe container for it - and this circle will do that! If things have been rough, consider adding a Guideline of “no names” so that you can discuss issues without calling people out.
